They are truly amazing and have made a huge impact on Clece Care Service’s team and service users. Without our passionate recruitment team, we would not have been able to grow at such an impressive rate and support over 2000 service users across Scotland. Led by Melissa and Gemma, they are a dynamic duo that constantly work to support one another and our service.
All the team have experience within different health and social care settings, allowing them to empathise with candidates and provide a real understanding to candidates of what they can expect in the role. This also means each of the team have a sharp eye for seeing the potential in people that they may not be able to see themselves. Without them creating a strong pipeline of candidates and welcoming new staff into the business, we would not be able to provide such a brilliant service.
